This program is only for devices purchased 12-24 months ago. Older than 1 year but not older than 2 years.

Here's how it works.

1. You pay a $500 deposit, $100 fee, and shipping
   
2. Start9 ships you a replacement device equivelent to your current device
   
3. You remove the SSD from your RMA device and place it into the replacement device
4. Using the shipping label provided by Start9, you return the RMA device
5. Start9 refunds your $500 deposit when the RMA device is received Colorado. The $100 fee and shipping cost are non-refundable
