How it works

Support runs primarily on our private Matrix server, typically staffed 8:00am-11:00pm Eastern, seven days a week. We have dedicated rooms for different topics.

What this is, and what it isn't

Start9 Support is a commitment to help you, not a service level agreement.

- Support is provided as our capacity allows.
- Those are typical staffing hours, not a guaranteed response time.
- We don't guarantee a particular support medium.
- "Lifetime" means for as long as Start9 offers the Start9 Support programme. If Start9 ceases to operate, we can't continue to provide it.

Membership is subject to the Start9 Community Code of Conduct. If a Start9 admin determines you are in violation, you will be removed from the server permanently and no refund will be issued.
